About Fantasy Factory Botiga Minorista

La fàbrica de fantasia amb la cocció in situ com a punt de venda principal, integra els sectors del te, la venda al detall, els regals IP i els bars per crear una botiga de fàbrica multifuncional. El concepte de disseny FTY es va extreure de Factory. F significa Fira. Per a un gran flux de persones i categories de productes riques, l'espai es va planificar a la manera d'un mercat. T significa Temps. El color de la botiga s'extreu dels canvis de color del cel, la qual cosa implica canvis d'hora d'un dia. Y fa referència a tu (clients). El diferent Tu al mirall s'estén al dispositiu interactiu multidimensional.

Unique Properties: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience.

Research Objectives: different types of factory store, retail store
Methodology: desktop survey , site visit
Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present.
Inspiration: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
