Sobre Dongyi Dunhuang Hotel

Dongyi Dunhuang és un hotel situat prop del desert de Dunhuang, a Gansu, la Xina. El disseny s'inspira en les construccions tradicionals del nord-oest de la regió, com ara els murs de terra locals i la casa d'assecatge. Els murs estan construïts amb terra piconada feta de fang produït localment, de manera que l'hotel presenta un aspecte serè i sembla créixer de la terra que l'envolta.
