About Rapid Security Check Carril de Control de Seguretat d'Autoservei
El Control de Seguretat Ràpid és un carril de seguretat d'autoservei dissenyat per a punts de control en metros i trens d'alta velocitat. El carril conté dos canals d'escaneig. Els passatgers hi caminen a través com de costum i empenyen una maleta directament a través de la màquina d'escaneig inferior. Els objectes petits es col·loquen al canal superior. L'escaneig es basa en la detecció per raigs X. La carcassa exterior es fabrica mitjançant un procés de xapa metàl·lica, que és lleugera, resistent, de baix cost i adequada per a la producció a gran escala. La mida total és de 1500 per 650 per 1450 mil·límetres. La disposició segueix principis ergonòmics i manté fluid el procés d'escaneig.

"Rapid Security Check" can realize self-service rapid security check during walking to meet people's travel safety and enhance consumers' happiness in using the product.
- Inspiration
- The rapid development and convenience of public transportation promotes the passengers' traffic increasing. Inthecaseofsubways and high-speed trains, due to the safe operation under high pressure. Ride in the peak hours, staff is relatively dense, safety and manage is relatively hard. Traditional security check procedures are mainly manual and complicated. With the development of technology, more convenient and self-service security express lane is the development trend.

- Operation Flow
- Rapid Security Check consists of two layers of screening channels. When passengers go through it as usual, they can push the suitcase directly through the lower check machine. Small items can be conveniently placed in the upper channel, which ensures smooth security check process.
