Gx és un sistema d'hidratació personalitzat format per una aplicació mòbil, un pegat de suor i una ampolla reutilitzable. El pegat de suor Gx s'adhereix a l'avantbraç i recull la suor durant un entrenament d'alta intensitat per fer un seguiment de la pèrdua de líquids i sodi. L'aplicació Gx escaneja el pegat i crea un perfil de suor. A partir d'aquest perfil, l'aplicació recomana estratègies d'hidratació i alimentació per al proper entrenament. A l'usuari se li suggereixen nou fórmules de càpsules Gx amb diferents nivells de carbohidrats i electròlits. Unique Properties: For this elite hydration system, the reusable and customizable Gx bottle is key, working hand in hand with Gx pods. Available in nine different formulas, Gx pods contain differing levels of carbohydrates and electrolytes, which are suggested to the user by the Gx recommendation engine. The pods were also thoughtfully created with less plastic than fully diluted, non-refillable beverages.
Production Technology: The latest upgrade to the system is the new Gx Sweat Patch that completes the personalized hydration system. Until now, sweat testing was traditionally done in a lab using expensive equipment and skilled technicians, and therefore only accessible by top professional teams. Gatorade transformed this resource-intensive process into a method that is simpler, cheaper, and accessible to everyone by developing the Gx sweat patch. The patch is a next-level wearable that sticks to the user’s forearm and collects sweat from one high-intensity workout to track fluid and sodium loss. Then, the Gx App—designed to help athletes optimize workouts and track long term progress—scans it all. Using that unique sweat profile, it recommends hydration and fueling strategies for the next time the activity is performed, helping athletes optimize their workout and recovery.
