About Mabady Batedora

Mabady és una batedora silenciosa dissenyada per a ús domèstic. L'envoltant acústic té una forma regular i rígida amb corrugacions, que confereix a Mabady un aspecte distintiu i ajuda a reduir el soroll. L'envoltant i el got mesurador estan fabricats amb polipropilè d'alta densitat i gruix extra, un material amb un efecte de reducció de soroll comprovat a temperatura ambient. Un motor coaxial d'accionament directe i baix soroll manté el nivell sonor reduït. La placa calefactora a la base del got està recoberta de ceràmica per a un escalfament ràpid. Unique Properties: This design is a quiet blender for home use. For the aspects from product structure to appearance, we creatively fabricated the acoustic enclosure featuring a regular and rigid corrugated design and high-density extra thick PP, which is perceived to have distinctive appearance and better denoising effect. To avoid redundant operations, we made the interaction simper by arraying all available functions on a holographic touch screen.

Production Technology: 隔音罩和量杯由高密度超厚 PP 制成，这种材料在正常室温下具有经过验证的降噪效果。设置在杯子底部的加热板涂有陶瓷涂层，这是一种具有优异导热性的材料，可快速加热杯中的水。
Design Challenge: 我们尝试了许多方法来帮助我们的客户解决使用中的有害噪音。例如，我们使用高密度超厚PP制造隔音罩，并使量杯合理加厚，以避免机器运行过程中的机械共振。为了设计具有去噪功能的电机，我们选择使用高精度、低噪音的同轴直驱电机，以尽可能降低噪音水平。
Research: The operating safety of home appliances is considered as vital to our family life. This design features an isolated placement of the motor and the cup lid.
Inspiration: The regular and rigid corrugated form of the acoustic enclosure presents this product sharply contrasted to other similar products with smooth curved profile, leaving a deep impression on user. Instead of scrolling function selection, all available functions are arrayed on a touch screen, so user can directly select the desired function in a visualized manner.
