Next Collection és un complex residencial dissenyat en relació amb el paisatge de Green Cape. L'edifici consta de tres ales independents situades sobre un podi que alberga un jardí. La coberta s'utilitza com a zona social amb un restaurant, un bar i una piscina. La disposició de les ales afavoreix un flux clar entre els apartaments i el jardí del podi. L'interior segueix un enfocament minimalista amb una temàtica nàutica i una paleta de colors serena. El disseny combina formes orgàniques amb la topografia circumdant.
