Sobre In Between Octaves Casa de Ramen Japonès

Aquest és un projecte de disseny que integra elements orientals en un centre comercial occidentalitzat. El sistema cromàtic general de l'espai és principalment blanc i veta de fusta. Una disposició de fanals de cal·ligrafia manuscrita s'utilitza per emmarcar la cuina exterior i les zones de menjador com una partitura musical. Els xefs de ramen cuinen amb l'esperit d'Isshokenmei. Des del moment en què fan cua fins al final del seu àpat, els clients mostren el seu amor pel ramen i el Tsukemen, com una bella melodia que ressona a l'espai. Les notes interpreten contínuament l'espai japonès contemporani amb bandes sonores entre les partitures espacials.

Propietats Úniques: In a westernized shopping mall, we incorporate oriental elements into the space.
Through architectural manipulation technique, a grid sequence is created where the central axis runs through the space, creating a relationship between the new and old parallel axes. An array of hand-written calligraphy lanterns is used to frame the outer kitchen and dining areas like a musical score.
Notes continuously perform the contemporary Japanese space with sound tracks between the spatial scores.

Repte de Disseny: We must complete the construction within 45 days to catch up with the Christmas events in the area where the restaurant is located.
Recerca: The ramen shop owner insists on using natural ingredients such as pork bones to cook the secret soup every week, in order to let gourmets taste the delicious soup.
The owner told us, when we think back to eating ramen in Japan, we remember how lucky we were to get seats at the counter. The way they shook the noodles, accompanied by their spirited shouts, made us even more excited for the ramen to be served.
How to make this space reflect the focused spirit of ramen chef is our goal.

Durada del Projecte: The project was designed in October 2022.
The project began construction in November 2022.
The restaurant had a trial operation in December 2022.
The restaurant officially opened in January 2023 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Flux d'Operació: When customers enter the store, you can observe the ramen chef's preparation process due to the open kitchen. The sound of the ramen chef shaking the noodles and his spirited shouting make people look forward to the ramen being served.
The inner and outer kitchens form an O-shaped circulation line through two food delivery ports, allowing for smooth execution of food preparation, soup making, meal delivery, recycling, and cleaning.
