About Yenikoy House Disseny d'Interiors Residencial

Yenikoy House és un projecte de disseny d'interiors residencial situat a Istanbul, Turquia. L'habitatge ocupa 250 metres quadrats i inclou una terrassa de 80 metres quadrats. La distribució compta amb quatre estances, amb dues habitacions, una zona de gimnàs, una zona d'estar i una cuina. El disseny s'ha configurat entorn de la vista de la ciutat, de manera que els residents puguin percebre l'entorn urbà des de l'interior. El mobiliari s'ha mantingut senzill per mantenir el focus en la vista exterior. S'ha aplicat tadelakt, un material natural i ecològic transpirable, a les parets i al sostre.

Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
