Sobre Xinhe Group Headquarters Edifici d'oficines

La seu del Grup Xinhe és un complex d'oficines a Fuyang, a la província de Zhejiang. El terreny està envoltat de petits turons i limitat per l'aigua per tres costats. Sis edificis de tres a cinc plantes es disposen al llarg del llac i segueixen la topografia, la qual cosa garanteix llum natural i àmplies vistes al llac per a les zones d'oficines. El volum es divideix en parts més petites i s'integra al paisatge en lloc de construir-se com un únic gran bloc. El terreny havia estat antigament un hàbitat d'ocells aquàtics, i les seves ales esteses van inspirar el concepte de l'ocell en vol. La pedra, la fusta, el vidre i el metall es combinen en tot el conjunt.

Propietats Úniques: The site is located in Lihu, Fuyang, surrounded by small hills and bordered by water on three sides. The building humbly blends into the local terrain. Inside, it maximizes the lake view for the office area. Outside, the building volume is fragmented and landscaped. There are six buildings, 3 to 5 floors each, arranged along the lake following the terrain. They ensure the best natural light and view.

Repte de Disseny: How can the building integrate and coexist harmoniously with the surrounding lakes and hills? How can we protect the original ecological environment of the plot? And how can we maximize the utilization of the landscape resources?
Recerca: The Xinhe HQ is in Lihu, Fuyang. It's surrounded by small hills and has water on three sides. The building is designed to fit gently into the local landform.Inside, the office area makes the most of the beautiful lake view, offering a pleasant working environment. Outside, instead of being one large block, the building is divided into smaller parts and landscaped. There are six buildings, each 3 to 5 floors high. They are placed along the lake following the terrain, ensuring plenty of natural light and great views.The land was once a home for water birds. The way these birds spread their wings and their lively look inspired the design concept of a flying bird, which aligns with the client's goals.This HQ shows a new idea: office buildings can live in harmony with nature. By respecting and adapting to nature, the building becomes a link for a positive interaction with the natural world around it, demonstrating a new way of integrating architecture and the environment.
Inspiració: The land for this project used to be a habitat for water birds. The posture of their wings spreading and the sense of dynamism happen to match the client's ambition, so the design concept of the flying bird was thus determined. The Headquarter of the Xinhe proposes a new possibility, that is, the office building can interact harmoniously with nature. By respecting and conforming to nature, the building becomes a carrier for a good interaction with the natural environment.
