Book Text: Tant Boutique com Music és un projecte d'interior comercial situat a Red Town, una antiga foneria a Xangai que actualment és un districte d'art escultòric. El projecte comprèn una botiga de 370 metres quadrats i una botiga de música de 170 metres quadrats distribuïdes en dos nivells. El disseny es construeix a partir de la idea del contrast entre Occident i Orient, antic i nou, i estàtic i dinàmic. La botiga es concep com un pont que porta productes d'arreu del món, mentre que la botiga de música s'organitza al voltant de l'acte de la concentració. S'ha conservat l'entorn del parc artístic circumdant per fomentar l'intercanvi entre els residents locals.

Propietats Úniques: Red Town is place where an ironworks in Shanghai was renovation.
This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
Both Boutique and Music Store is there.
