About Dowell Insight Centre de vendes

Dowell Insight és un centre de vendes que combina l'estil britànic clàssic amb el disseny modern sota la temàtica del Te de la Tarda a Kensington. La façana de maó vermell s'inspira en els edificis britànics de maó vermell, i els tèxtils i complements decoratius del mateix color adornen l'interior. El vestíbul simètric utilitza matrius d'il·luminació disposades per perfilar la imatge de la Union Flag. Una partició arquejada separa la zona de negociació, on cadires vermelles, un sofà negre i una taula de te daurada conformen un espai relaxant per a la conversa. El projecte abasta 1300 metres quadrats.

Unique Properties: The sales center is a mixed space of classical British style and modern fashion style under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington.

Production Technology: The lobby is decorated in symmetrical style with carefully-arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. The negotiation area is separated from the lobby by an arched European-style partition. A black iron rack, red chairs and a black couch enclose a golden tea table, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for communication; the sweet magnolias, the antique clock and the fountain sculpture are all elaborate details to highlight British romance.
Design Challenge: In the process of design, these two parties have kept the same idea: based on the requirements of the users, the design should integrate architecture, interior, art and culture to create an interesting lifestyle and a warm community, which will realize the dream for high-quality life.
Research: Good space experience is not only to show the present but also to reflect the past and reveal the future. Therefore, whether the functions of a space are flexible and sustainable as time passes by is what the real estate group and the design studio are thinking about and exploring for.
Inspiration: Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. In addidtion, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.

Operation Flow: The designer has simplified the complicated style of traditional European architecture, only to keep the classical outline and circular arch. Modern design skills are combined with historical symbols, presenting a more fresh and distinctive British atmosphere within the classical and elegant structure.
