Sobre Feili Yundi Disseny interior de centre de vendes

Feili Yundi és un centre de vendes situat al costat del llac Tianjin a Taicang, Xina. L'edifici de tres plantes s'alça sobre un terreny inclinat i està previst que serveixi més endavant com a centre d'activitats comunitàries. L'interior segueix un concepte ecològic, de manera que la funció de l'espai es va canviar sense cap enderroc. Una estructura de gran llum i un arc continu difuminen la relació entre les plantes i augmenten la sensació de superposició. La pintura artística i el terratzo de colors cobreixen les superfícies corbes. Els elements abstractes donen al centre de vendes un caràcter serè i obert.

Propietats Úniques: The design takes full advantage of the large-spanned modern structure and the endless loop of arc to fuzz the floor relations visually and to promote the space layering and memory point. The coherent shape is the core of space, in which the spatial experience and functional demands are integrated to create a unique and high-quality space.
Dimensions i Embalatge: Through infinite loop of space, the design use abstract elements to give people the best pace experience. The long-span structure blurred the overlapping space relationship, and the possibility of space symbolizes the infinite change and infinite hope in life.
Etiquetes: sales center, interior, modern, curved, environment protection
Tecnologia de Producció: The main materials used in this project are art paint and colored terrazzo. The material choices throughout the sales center are made with the curved surface shape and their artistic and spatial atmosphere.
Repte de Disseny: The challenges of the project are how to break through the traditional sales space in the limited space and how to deal with the relationship between the height and void structure. The designers took advantage of long-span structures to blur the connection of floors, thus achieving the desired effect to a certain extent. The main challenge in construction lies in the production of shaped metal. Through continuous research and development on-site, new construction process is finally determined to achieve the current effect.
Recerca: Located next to Tianjin Lake in Taicang City, the project is a three-story building on a sloping land. It was used as a sales center in the early stage and a community activity center in the future. Following the design concept of green and environmental protection, the function of space has been changed without any demolition. Different from typical sales office, it has more aesthetic meaning and living phylisophy.
Inspiració: Inspired by the infinite possibilities of life, the sales center adopts limited abstract elements to express the infinite longing and possibilities in the future.
Durada del Projecte: The project was designed in January 2019, and finished in July 2019 in Taicang, Jiangsu, China.
Flux d'Operació: Based on the modern architectural style of the sales office, the interior is designed to create a high-quality and contextual experience. The designer jumped out of the traditional style and created a new experience in the space structure. Through careful placement of art installations, the designer followed the clear flow of space and used materials and colors to build an immersive environmentalism experience pavilion. The project is a return to truth and a benefit Journey.
