Els HSR048, HSR050 i HSR060 són robots industrials multiarticulats horitzontals, també coneguts com a robots Scara. Cada robot disposa d'una mà a l'extrem del braç, de manera que la màquina es pot adaptar a moltes tasques i afavoreix l'automatització i l'estalvi de mà d'obra a les plantes de producció. Els braços s'estenen des d'una base estable i es tornen més esvelts cap a l'extrem, cosa que redueix el pes i la inèrcia i permet un moviment estable a alta velocitat. Propietats Úniques: These are horizontal, multi-joint industrial robots (SCARA robots) with hands mounted on their tips to adapt flexibly to a variety of work. Tecnologia de Producció: Since we thought that the influence of inertia could be suppressed by reducing the weight of the tip, we adopted an arm that was powerfully extended from a stable base and became more delicate toward the tip. As a result, stable high-speed operation and design innovation were realized.
In addition, the entire product was constructed with an organic design that resembles the human body so that high-speed operation does not give a sense of intimidation or anxiety to workers working on the production line.
Repte de Disseny: The aim was to create the fastest SCARA robot. Initially, however, the expectations of the designer were only to renovate the appearance of the predecessor. I felt that the previous model's structure did not embody the fastest spec, so I proposed an ideal form of the SCARA robot including a renovation of the whole structure first.
Recerca: We researched most of SCARA robots in the world through internet and world wide robot exhibitions. Then we realized that we have to change every legacy structure to make robot faster.
Inspiració: Conceived from the structure of the human body, "tension" and "contraction" provide its external form. The lifelike soft exterior removes the sense of intimidation during high-speed movement.
Durada del Projecte: This project is started from 2014. The robot is already on sale and still produced.
Flux d'Operació: This product is settled in a factory, and programed their jobs and works for whole day.
