UX Group, after creating user journey maps, combines them with suitable interfaces for create better user experiences for Vestel smart device’s users. While designing these interfaces, user research insights, emotional impacts, usage scenarios, various design architecture systems and actual design trends are considered.
- Inspirasyon
- This is an interface design for Vestel Ultra Fast Electric Vehicle Charger. Charging stations have a modular structure depending on different charger combinations they have. Device interface is designed adaptable for catching this modularity. Another challenge during the design process was to design a device interface that would be used by all different profiles of electric vehicle owners. This interface is designed to be usable by all this wide range of users.

- Vestel EV Charger device interface aims to provide all the necessary information to explain charging process and guide user to take the right actions. Therefore, each part of the process is supported by clear illustrations and informative texts. User is also informed when device has a fault or is not available to use so that there is no doubt about current status of device.
