Ang Floating Minimalist Poetic usa ka sentro sa pagbaligya ug marketing nga nahimutang sa Nanchang, China. Ang disenyo nagkuha og inspirasyon gikan sa natural nga linaw nga anaa sa dapit. Gigamit ang minimalist deconstruction aron makahimo og malinawon, natural, ug teknolohikanhon nga kahimtang nga nagpahumok sa kasagarang komersyal nga karakter sa usa ka sales space. Ang building midako nga hayahay sa daplin sa linaw sama sa usa ka layag, nga naghimo og usa ka lake art museum nga kontemporaryo ug balaknon. Giplano ang luna aron sa umaabot mahimong usa ka club alang sa mga residente, nga maghatag og malungtarong dapit alang sa komunikasyon tali sa kasikbit nga mga komunidad.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
