This entailed the analysis of dimensions, proportions, fonts, and the structural integrity of the forthcoming clock. The investigation resulted in the choice of Roman numerals 3 and 9 as the central design elements, chosen for their symmetry, which enabled the application of the Kirigami effect.

- The clock was inspired by kirigami, the Japanese art of folding and cutting paper. In kirigami, paper is both folded and cut, resulting in a three-dimensional design that stands out from the page.
