About Yenikoy House Panimalay nga Disenyo sa Sulod

Ang Yenikoy House usa ka proyekto sa disenyo sa sulod nga panimalay nga nahimutang sa Istanbul, Turkey. Ang balay adunay sukod nga 250 ka metro kwadrado ug naglakip og terrace nga 80 ka metro kwadrado. Ang plano adunay upat ka lawak, nga naglakip sa duha ka lawak nga tulganan, usa ka luna nga gym, usa ka luna nga puy-anan, ug usa ka kusina. Ang disenyo giporma base sa panan-aw sa siyudad, aron ang mga residente makabati sa palibot nga siyudad gikan sa sulod. Ang mga muwebles gihimong yano aron ang atensyon magpabilin sa panan-aw sa gawas. Ang Tadelakt, usa ka natural ug maginhawa nga ekolohikal nga materyal, gigamit sa mga dingding ug sa kisame.

Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
