Arte Residence hè un edificiu residenziale di vinti piani, situatu nantu à a spiaggia di Torres, un cumunu in u statu di u Rio Grande do Sul, in l'estremu sudu di u Brasile. U sviluppu hà vinti piani, cù dui appartamenti per pianu. Totalizzandu 200,00 metri quadrati di area privata in ogni appartamentu. In termini di vulume, a struttura cunsiste in un grande monolitu verticale cù un espressivu inseme di piani urizzuntali, disposti à mezi livelli, induve si trovanu grandi balconi affacciati nantu à u mare. L'architettura hè serena, induve a materialità di u cemento è di u legnu mostranu a so autenticità.

Unique Properties: In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of exposed concrete and wood show its authenticity.
Dimensions & Packaging: The development is a residential building with twenty floors, with two apartments per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites and large social areas. The total area of the Development is 9,936.38 square meters.

Production Technology: In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.
Design Challenge: The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Research: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspiration: The idea was to make a product that catered to the building's target audience. People who are open to new proposals, who value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and the value of design in all the products they consume.
Project Duration: The project is located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Operation Flow: The best result and performance are based on the idea of reducing environmental impacts, and the building has some solutions like Energy efficiency, conscientious consumption of water, thermo acoustic confort, correct disposal and recycling.
