Pruprietà Uniche: This design focuses on presenting a dual-marketing experience center engaged in industry, business, office, residence and hotel among other aspects. Besides, it will serve as municipal urban exhibition hall, community-oriented government service center, urban garden community art center and so on. For these reasons, there should be a subtle balance between grand vision, futuristic space and design individuality because it lies at the core of designing process.

Sfida di Designu: First, the exterior facades and the interior spaces blend into each other without showing any sign of unnatural design or fabrication. Second, various spaces interactive with light are used to the greatest extent possible for the sake of sharing, opening, and interaction with humans.

A human in the space should be beautiful.
The space should be embracive.
