The intertwining of wave-like lines forms a concise and dignified "70", complemented by the main building of the university and historical time points from 1953 to 2023, creating the visual representation of the logo design. The primary colors are blue and red, symbolizing the ocean and historical heritage.

- The project started in April 2022 in Shanghai and finished in July 2023 in Shanghai, and was exhibited in Harbin Engineering University in September 2023.
