To bridge this gap, the Agentic AI mentor was created, allowing mentees to ask career-related questions freely while helping mentors manage their time more effectively.

The goal was to uncover key pain points and improve the mentoring experience. Data was collected, analyzed, and synthesized into actionable insights to inform a more effective and user-centered solution.
