About Changjiang Plaza Prodejní centrum

Changjiang Plaza je prodejní centrum v Yichangu v Číně o celkové rozloze 1500 metrů čtverečních. Interiér čerpá z místní krajiny a kultury města. Dispozice je oboustranně symetrická a vytváří důstojnou atmosféru. Hlavními materiály jsou kámen, ručně malovaná tapeta a kovové potištěné panely. Kovová mříž ve vstupní hale rámuje výhled do krajiny a zrcadla nad maketou terénu odrážejí tlumené a rovnoměrné světlo. Bílé a teplé šedé tóny, linie a bloky se kombinují a dodávají prostoru harmonii a rytmus.

Unique Properties
After carefully refining the city impression and regional culture of Yichang, the design team implanted the landscape into the sales center, guiding the urban life back to the original ideal form, and expressing the freedom of life.
Dimensions & Packaging
The total area of this sales center is 1500 square meters. In the public negotiation area, the grid is used to divide the functional areas, and to skillfully reduce the sense of thickness due to the symmetric layout. The design of the negotiation area is traditional and interesting with grand structure. The golden grille screen has a perspective effect, and the white soft-covered seats are elegantly decorated, waiting for the guests in a comfortable posture.

Production Technology
The designer choose the materials that can meet the theme and ensure that various specifications are met within the budget. The main materials include stone, hand painted wallpaper and metal printed panel.
Design Challenge
The project is not in Shanghai, so it is impossible to modify and adjust the design according to the actual construction on the spot. To solve this problem, the design team actively communicate with the project supervisor, construction team, and the owner. And they also regularly fly to Yichang for project inspection. The designer, owner, and the construction team work together to successfully solve various problems in the construction process.
Research
White and warm gray, lines and blocks are independent and integrated with each other, unified in the overall spatial structure and temperament, adding a sense of harmony and rhythm to the overall environment, and also bringing the simplicity of modern design to a deeper level.
Inspiration
Inspired by the local landscape and culture, the space is bilaterally symmetrical with a dignified atmosphere. Upon the sand-table, the top mirrors reflects the dim and neat lights, creating a vast night sky where the stars are scattered to form the rich and elegant light and shadow. The classic spirit is surging from the soul and the noble and elegant lifestyle has been taken shape .
Project Duration
The project started in January 2019 and finished in October 2019 in Yichang, China.
Operation Flow
Upon entering the front hall, a landscape picture can be seen, and the metal grille forms a leaking scene of "a half-covered pipa", creating a clear and penetrating image. The reception desk on the left is still and quiet, and the bonsai exudes a radiance, which attracts the guests to step into the next space.
