Ethereal je interiér kadeřnického salonu v Tchaj-peji. Prostor se rozkládá na 133 metrech čtverečních. Jako hlavní materiál je použito dřevo, jehož pevný charakter je kombinován s okolními texturami. Z dálky vypadá interiér jako umělecká instalace, zatímco při bližším pohledu se odhaluje detailní řemeslné zpracování. Dřevěné prvky a textury jsou přeuspořádány tak, aby se vzdálily tradičnímu obrazu komerčního kadeřnického salonu. Zakřivené a lineární tvary, přechody připomínající inkoust a přírodní vůně vytvářejí klidnou atmosféru. Návrh je zamýšlen jako městské útočiště, kde si návštěvníci mohou odpočinout.

Everything seems calm but it is like flowing water to the eyes. It is an artistic feast of vision, scent and touch that allows people to have a temporary getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a space where people can calmly taste and drink in the rare ambient encounter.

Inspirace: The use of rhyme in textures, the refreshing smell of woods and the flowing art space breaks the imaginable space of the past and abandons the existing impression of how a commercial space should be.
Doba trvání projektu: The project started in October 2019 and finished in December 2019 in Taipei.
Provozní postup: We deconstruct woodcrafts and textures in the space and subvert the traditional image of a hair salon with the means of the rearrangement of the materials and the reconstruction of the space and meanwhile infuse it with energy and aesthetic.
