Urban Peach Garden je interiérový design vily o rozloze 1800 metrů čtverečních. První patro je uspořádáno podle obytných scén a pohybových tras. Vstupní veranda je orientována k centrálnímu nádvoří, kde borovice vytvářejí přirozený výhled v okně. Vedle nádvoří se nachází snížený obývací pokoj a jídelna, oddělené, ale nikoli uzavřené, díky čemuž prostor působí prostorně a světle. Suterén začíná třemi atrii a je koncipován pro odpočinek a sport s přirozeným osvětlením. Použité materiály zahrnují kámen, dřevěné povrchové úpravy, nátěry, koberce a nábytek.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.
The basement, which begins with three atriums, is designed with the theme of leisure and sports, and planned with natural lights.

Designová výzva: How to balance two extreme design concepts. One is extremely far away from life - simple, silent, rational, distant, but is amazingly grandeur. Another is extremely close to life - every brick and every item used can all be traced back to real life. Books and relaxation corners can be reached within inches. With sunlight and flora surrounding, the feeling of beautiful life comes into the resident heart warmly.

The designer takes the family and lifestyle of the homeowner into full consideration, and thus conducts exquisite designing within a simple space.

Provozní postup: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: Supervise construction process until it is finished.
