O designu Logan Lcc Krajinářský design

Logan LCC je krajinářský design pro polyfunkční areál v čínském Šen-čenu. Projekt pokrývá 87 044 metrů čtverečních a využívá výškových rozdílů pozemku k vytvoření trojrozměrného krajinného prostoru. Mezi budovami jsou umístěny platformy a plochy zahrnují venkovní aktivní zóny, velký bazén a dětské hřiště. Vodopád kombinuje sklo s dutými ocelovými deskami, takže voda stéká po jedné straně skla a skrze otvory se objevuje světlo a pohyb. Výsadba v plynulých tvarech rámuje prostor a v různých zákoutích jsou umístěny krajinné instalace.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: There are rich altitude difference relationships in the site, and the platforms strew randomly among buildings in the site, forming a three-dimensional landscape space of LCC Plot 05. In addition, the site is configured with a lot of outdoor activity space, a large outdoor swimming pool and interesting children's playground.
Rozměry a balení: The project covers a total of 87044 square meters.
Štítky: Landscape Design, Natural, Modern, Residence, Classical, Pandora Scatter, Experiential Theme
Výrobní technologie: In the stage of design, magnificent waterfall combines glass with regular hollow steel plates, so that water flows along one side of the glass. Through gradually hollowing out the steel plates, the dynamic effect of light and water flows is formed, and visual and sensual feelings are enriched.
Designová výzva: The rotary garden is full of visual effects in an extremely simple environment where materials are closely combined with plants. Being natural is the principle and footstone to create all the things. The combination of geometric and organic elements creates a room for orderly and natural elements. As the leading image, the curves integrate, divide and organize the space, which links to the surrounding environment instead of mutual contradiction.
Výzkum: As an open public space and important distributing place, LCC Park on Plot 07 is the main interface facing the city. In the design, the design team constructs the framework of the space through growing plants in the streamline shape and scatters the landscape installations in different shapes over various corners, which forms a fancy and fantastic scene.
Inspirace: The project takes "Show" as the theme to integrate urban supporting facilities, facility resources and landscape designs. The design aims to construct the space for business and leisure activities and outdoor halls of creative culture, create the public space combining nature and art and integrating entertainment and appreciation and build a park tallying with the general concept of business and leisure.
Doba trvání projektu: The project started in November 2016 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
Provozní postup: Taking the Tree of Life as the origin, 3D buildings apply different landscape compositions, for example, the seeds of the Tree of Life on the planet of Pandora scatter over the plant, so that descendants are multiplied, and every life and soul on the planet are linked through the root.
