O designu Vegetable Sada Nářadí Na Těsto

Nástroje na hraní umožňují řezání, lisování a mačkání, které dětem pomáhají vytvářet různé tvary těsta. Nicméně, mnoho hračkářských nástrojů na výrobu těsta na trhu je založeno na geometrických tvarech. Proto tým spojil jak ergonomická hlediska dětí, tak různé druhy zeleniny' tvary pro návrh této sady nástrojů. Výzvou při návrhu bylo určit správnou ergonomii, která by vyhovovala velikosti dětské ruky, takže tým vytvořil mnoho modelů skic, aby otestoval pohodlí.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Through interesting toolset shapes, children can have more interactions to make different dough shapes with fun. In regard to ergonomics, the diameter and body curve of the eggplant rolling pin can better support kids to make a flat of dough. The carrot cutter with round shape is easier for kids to hold and cut dough. The mushroom extruder allows kids to observe the process of extruding the dough.

Designová výzva: The most challenging part is to find the right ergonomic size that can fit the hand size of most children. So we make many models to test the comfort of users. Hope that through the process of making dough sculpting by children, the abilities of art, play, and imagination can be improved.
Výzkum: To develop a series of designs through the tool design using different vegetables and fruits. It is very important to cultivate children's hands-on ability. Hope that through the process of making dough objects, children's six abilities can be improved: creativity, concentration, cognition, logic, aesthetics and expression skills.
Inspirace: Currently, most of the dough toolsets on the market are based on geometric shapes. More consideration should be given to the ergonomics of the child, so that it is not easy to get tired from making dough for a long time. Therefore, this project uses the fruits and vegetables that children often eat in daily life as inspiration.
Doba trvání projektu: Duration: January 2019 to January 2021. Location: Hong Kong and Ningbo.
Provozní postup: This toolset provides cutting, pressing, and squeezing actions to help children make their dough shapes. Children's ergonomic considerations and the shapes of different vegetables were combined to design this toolset. Moreover, turn the handle of the caterpillar and use Apple's brain to turn out many creative materials for making colorful dough works. The main function is to help children squeeze out noodles and cut them into ingredients. Through mechanical design and considering children's ergonomic, children can more easily extrude noodles by rotation.
