O designu Beginning of the Time Interiérový design obytného vestibulu
Beginning of the Time je interiér obytného vestibulu dokončený v říjnu 2020 v Taichungu na Tchaj-wanu. Prostor zabírá 6611,6 metrů čtverečních. Stěny a podlahy jsou obloženy šedým mramorem, jehož textura připomíná oblohu, mraky a hory, s tmavšími kamennými vzory vloženými uprostřed. Dva prolínající se svahy scenérického kamene tvoří recepční pult vestibulu. Hlavní stěna za ním je vytvořena z obkladového kamene s patinou a sloupy chodby jsou obloženy kamenem s krajinným motivem ve stylu inkoustového tisku. Do prostoru proniká velké množství přirozeného světla a jednotné barevné schéma udržuje prostor klidný a vyvážený.

- The walls and floor are paved with grey marble, the texture is like the sky, clouds and mountains. Inlaid with ever-changing dark stone patterns in the middle, it is lively like a slow mountain stream. The fountain formed by the two slopes of scenic stone interlaced together becomes the service counter of the lobby; the main wall behind is made of antique facing stone, the stone grain is like the beginning of the heaven and the earth, blending like a dream.

- In the other movie viewing room, with Titus Lucretius Carus’s De Rerum Natura (De Rerum Natura) as the imagination, the senses become sharp in the dark. The distant mountains and clouds. Every move of light and shadow makes people temporarily leave real life and step into a kaleidoscope-like fantasy world.
- Inspirace
- This design is inspired by the famous quote of writer Haruki Murakami to create a spiritual forest belonging to the community for residents. Pushing open the door, the entrance of the forest reveals the mountain scenery with the wonderful change of stone patterns, and the elegant rhythm runs through the entire space. Without losing the calm atmosphere, it seems to build a fortress of home comfort.

- Every move of light and shadow makes people temporarily leave real life and step into a kaleidoscope-like fantasy world. Layers of dark framed sceneries echo the image, and the image of the mountains is the overall tone of the design; the symmetry and harmony of the space make the sensory experience extremely comfortable.
