About Jingcai Future Home Interiérový design vzorového domu

Jingcai Future Home je interiér vzorového domu navržený tak, aby prezentoval chytré bydlení. Interiér integruje digitální technologie do každodenního života a řeší otázky bezpečnosti, zdraví a pohodlí. Jednotlivé funkční zóny definují různé materiály, přičemž teplý krb je zasazen do kontrastu s chladným mramorem v černobílém provedení. Lineární osvětlení a šedočerné povrchy opticky prodlužují prostor. Rodinný sál v druhém podzemním podlaží nabízí komfortní světlou výšku a podporuje vzájemnou komunikaci. Propojení jednotlivých prostor zůstává flexibilní a transparentní.

Production Technology: Different materials as the warm fireplace and the cool marble contrast between black and white, in which the collision of cold and warm forms a harmonious and distinct aesthetic feeling.
Design Challenge: The in-depth and transparent family room is not boring and unobstructed, but is uniquely attractive under the tension of "seems to be broken but not broken completely" and "like to be separated but not totally separated."
Research: As the first smart home in China, Jingcai Future Home is the first to understand thoroughly the coming era of green, healthy and smart living, empowering life with technology and interpreting the future with intelligence.

Project Duration: The project finished in May 2020, in Dongguan, China.
Operation Flow: Different function spaces use different materials to divide the layout, defining these different areas with individuality.
