About Xu Zhai Interiérový design rezidence

Xu Zhai je interiérový design rezidence pro vícepodlažní soukromý dům. Dispozice vychází z tradičního uspořádání s nádvořím a je rozvržena do několika úrovní, aby vytvářela pocit hloubky. Po rekonstrukci velké skleněné plochy od podlahy ke stropu přivádějí zeleň před vilou a hladinu jezera do interiéru. První patro se otevírá směrem k výhledu na vodu, zatímco balkon nabízí suchou zahradu. Každé patro obsahuje otevřený prostor, takže lidé v horních a spodních patrech na sebe vidí a mohou spolu komunikovat. Použity jsou dřevo, kámen, barva a sklo.

Unique Properties: According to the structure after the demolition and renovation, just according to the traditional form of the quadrangle fit, many levels, far-reaching effect. The Front virescence of the villa and the lake surface are introduced into the interior through the large floor-to-ceiling glass after the transformation, the view is very good.

Design Challenge: Communication and interaction between each level
Research: The main features are the changes in space, size, length, and so on, space experience is rich, different from conventional schools.
Inspiration: The first floor introduces the water view and the balcony drought view, also enriches the spatial experience, the underground implantation creates the scenery, causes the space to have the ventilation feeling. Each floor is arranged to pick out the empty area, convenient upstairs and downstairs exchange and dialogue, increase the affection between people.
Project Duration: The project began in Jinan in 2020 and was completed that year.
