About Floating Minimalist Poetic Prodejní centrum

Plovoucí minimalistická poezie je prodejní a marketingové centrum umístěné v čínském Nan-čchangu. Návrh vychází z přirozeného jezera na daném pozemku. Minimalistická dekonstrukce je použita k vytvoření klidné, přírodní a technologické atmosféry, která zjemňuje obvyklý komerční charakter prodejního prostoru. Budova se volně vypíná na břehu jezera jako plachta a vytváří tak jezerní galerii umění, jež je zároveň současná a poetická. Prostor je koncipován tak, aby později sloužil jako klub pro obyvatele a nabízel udržitelné místo pro komunikaci mezi sousedícími komunitami.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

Inspiration: Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
