Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International je prodejní výstavní centrum nemovitostí v Li-ťiangu v provincii Jün-nan. Interiér zaujímá dvě podlaží bývalé komerční budovy, přičemž první podlaží má výšku 6000 mm a druhé podlaží 4500 mm. Návrh vychází z kultury místních etnických menšin. Ratan a dřevěná dýha jsou vrstveny v pečlivě uspořádaných vrstvách, které evokují tradiční čínské bydlení. Šikmá střecha, vnitřní vodní pavilon a mozaiková krajinná stěna ve vstupní hale dodávají prostoru kulturní charakter. Hliníková mřížka udržuje propojení interiéru s exteriérem.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan province, with sunshine all year round. Most of the residents are ethnic minorities. Regardless of the architectural appearance, the culture has its own unique side. The integration of local culture into the design makes the project have unique characteristics and temperament. The elegant Chinese elements of rattan and wood veneer are carefully stacked, conveying the feeling of ancient and elegant life.

Find the poetry from the poems, then we construct the design by combining the Sichuan style and regional design.
Doba trvání projektu: The project started in June 10th, 2020 in Yunnan and finished in April 30th, 2021.
