About Prance Interiérový design kanceláře
Prance je interiérový design kanceláře umístěný v Hsinču na Tchaj-wanu, s rozlohou 291 metrů čtverečních. Odstíny šedé jsou kombinovány se dřevem, aby prostoru dodaly teplo. Otevřené schodiště z kovu a mramoru vytváří průhledový efekt a tvoří ohnisko u vstupu. Zvětšený nástupní schod vyznačuje střed prostoru. Dřevěná přepážka prodlužuje vizuální výšku a poskytuje soukromí. Vstupní prostor je zmenšen v měřítku a poté rozšířen v oblasti s vysokým stropem. Lineární osvětlení navádí pohyb a velká okna přinášejí přirozené světlo na každé patro.

- Unique Properties
- The space, sharp and simple futuristic throughout, underlines a consistent experience that begins at the visual focus at the entrance, which demonstrates permeability and comfort while creating a capacious working environment.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- 291 ㎡
- Production Technology
- Materials with a modern touch are applied while grayscale tone and wood set off the warmth of the space. The traffic flow is layered and the design skillfully visualizes compression to expansion that strengthens the tension. Wooden partition visually extends the height and provides privacy. The arrayed effect the curved board create and the linear lighting that lead the traffic flow of the space shape a sharp futuristic ambience with modern minimalist. Mood is transformed at each step one takes while walking towards a wonderful future.
- Research
- Open staircases with metal and marble create a see-through effect and act as the focal point at the entrance while injecting liveliness. The enlargement of the starter step makes it the center of the space. Glass and tiles are used to distinguish areas. Appropriately designed blank spaces make the space lighter. Natural light can pass through big windows and allows the interaction of each floor and create a sense of flow.
- Inspiration
- It’s on the designer’s mind to create an ambience that invites visitors to soak up a restrained but comforting ambience through the careful design which illustrates the balance and harmony among technology, humanity and art while fulfilling the expectation of a wonderful life in the space towards future through this vision-to-mind experience.
- Project Duration
- The project started in July 2021 and finished in March 2022 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- The scale of the entryway is purposely compressed then expanded at the high ceiling area to respond to the wooden partition that extends visual height and the tension of the space.
