O designu Dormil Ala Matrace

Dormil Ala je matrace se síťovou strukturou navržená tak, aby podpírala tělo během spánku. Matrace se skládá z antistresové vrstvy, komfortní vrstvy a podpůrné vrstvy a její povrch je potažen vysoce elastickou tkaninou vyrobenou z vlákna z bambusové buničiny. Jádrová vrstva využívá dekompresní mřížkovou strukturu z materiálu TPE, která rovnoměrně rozkládá tlak těla prostřednictvím propojených mřížek. Struktura se po odstranění tlaku vrátí do původního tvaru během 0,16 sekundy, takže vyhovuje různým polohám spánku. Pórovitost 80 procent napomáhá cirkulaci vzduchu a odvodu tepla.

The decompression grid structure achieves high-efficiency air circulation, so as to always keep the mattress breathable without stuffiness and to avoid bacterial growth, comprehensively ensuring your healthy sleep.
Doba trvání projektu: The project was designed and developed in 2016 in Shandong, China; launched in 2018 in China.
Provozní postup: Thanks to the decompression grid structure of the stress-free layer, the pressure generated by your weight bends the thin walls of grids so that it is evenly distributed in the mattress, thereby realizing the optimal support via the minimum material.
