Zhang Jiang Cheng je luxusní restaurace nacházející se v rušné čtvrti Šanghaje. Restaurace nabízí fúzní kuchyni Hakka a myšlenka fúze prostupuje celým designem. Čínská keramika je přetvořena moderními metodami a umístěna v minimalistickém moderním prostoru jako umělecké instalace. Většina nádobí je vyrobena na zakázku v Jingdezhenu a vypálena při teplotě 1300 stupňů Celsia. Každý soukromý jídelní salonek má svůj vlastní designový charakter. - Zhangjiangcheng Restaurant is a light luxury upscale catering brand that specializes in Hakka fusion cuisine. The concept of fusion is the positioning of the restaurant. Most of the tableware in the restaurant is customized from Jingdezhen, and Chinese ceramics are redesigned with a modern fusion technique, integrating into a minimalist modernist space to enjoy aesthetics and taste high-end ingredients. Fusion and symbiosis.
