Sime Darby Kia je kancelářský interiér na Tchaj-wanu. Návrh se rozkládá na ploše 859,5 m² ve dvou patrech, přičemž v jednom patře se nachází prodejní oddělení a ve druhém administrativa. Každé patro disponuje kuchyňkou a odpočinkovou zónou u okna s posezením pro šest až osm osob, která slouží k přestávkám a neformálním schůzkám. Standardní přepážky byly nahrazeny nízkými dělicími prvky podporujícími otevřenou komunikaci mezi šesti odděleními. Skleněné přepážky přivádějí přirozené světlo do kanceláří a jednacích místností. Jednací místnost pro 34 osob je vybavena posuvnými přepážkami. Dřevěné odstíny a bílé povrchové úpravy odrážejí firemní identitu společnosti.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The office spans two floors: one for sales and the other for administrative functions. Each floor has a dedicated pantry with essential appliances, window-side lounging areas, and seating for 6-8 people, serving as both relaxation and informal meeting spaces to encourage team interaction. Lower partitions replace typical 140-150 cm dividers, fostering open communication. Wood grain and white finishes reflect the company's identity. A 34-person meeting room with high-speed connectivity and adjustable partitions ensures flexibility and functionality.

With wooden tones and a bright style, the office fosters a fresh atmosphere while emphasizing team collaboration, interaction, and respect for each department's workspace.

The upgraded natural lighting and ventilation conditions, in particular, have been highly praised. The client also noted that the new office space contributes to a better company image, providing a more professional appearance during client and partner visits.
