Zhanjiang Chengfa Runyue je centrum životního stylu a prodejní prostor nacházející se v Zhanjiangu v provincii Guangdong. Interiér zaujímá plochu 1391 metrů čtverečních. Dispoziční řešení sleduje úhlový tvar budovy a využívá tupé lomené linie, které rozšiřují výhledy, přivádějí přirozené světlo a odstraňují ostré rohy. Centrální prezentační prostor se otevírá do venkovní části, která spojuje pódium, módní obchod a kavárnu, zatímco samostatná výstavní zóna zůstává klidná. Použity jsou dřevo, vápenec a upravené teraco a původní rostliny zlepšují kvalitu vzduchu v interiéru.

In response, this project pioneers an open stage concept to shatter interpersonal and functional boundaries and reshape community spirit. It also blends immersive experiences with local culture, perfectly combining functionality and aesthetics. With vibrant space forms and lifestyle elements, it inspires curiosity, energizes the neighborhood, and ultimately promotes urban cultural heritage and sustainable development.
Inspirace: Inspired by the coastal terraced fields in Zhanjiang, this project reinterprets local cultural elements through modern design. The interplay of light and shadow, along with the thoughtful spatial sequencing, creates various living scenarios rich in regional traits, cultivating highly interactive social environments for modern families.
The rustic tones, including beige, white, and gray, set a warm, modern foundation, while the orange furnishings and lush greenery infuse the space with vitality.
Doba trvání projektu: Located in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, the project began its design phase in Beijing in 2023 and reached completion in October 2024.
Provozní postup: Following the angular layout of the building, the design uses obtuse angled fold lines to maximize views and bring in more natural light while eliminating sharp corners for a safer sense. The central showcase flows seamlessly into the outdoor interactive space, uniting the stage, fashion store, and cafe. The exhibition zone is set apart, making a quiet contrast to vibrant spaces. The multifunctional space planning and hybrid traffic flow design dissolve boundaries for more enjoyable interaction.
