Velaria je dvoupodlažní soukromá rezidence v Penangu v Malajsii se zastavěnou plochou 4800 čtverečních stop. Zóny s otevřeným půdorysem propojují společenský salonek, bar a jídelní část, zatímco hlavní apartmá slouží jako soukromé útočiště. Italský mramor, ořechové dřevo a mosaz vytvářejí hřejivost a eleganci. Centrální bar tvoří těžiště společenských setkání a výhledy směrem k bazénu podporují klidnou atmosféru připomínající hotel. Byly použity truhlářské prvky na míru, zakázkový nábytek a integrované osvětlovací systémy. Obě podlaží propojuje samonosné schodiště s pohybovým osvětlením.

Výrobní technologie: The project was realized using a combination of custom millwork, marble cladding, bespoke furniture, and integrated lighting systems. Advanced carpentry detailing and precision marble installation were employed to ensure visual alignment and harmony across surfaces.

Inspirace: Inspired by the concept of sanctuary living, the design reflects a desire for a luxurious retreat that feels like home. It draws from Malaysia's tropical context with soft lighting, natural textures, and open flow. Influenced by modern lounges and feng shui, the layout offers visual connection and harmony. European interior palettes inspired the rich materials, aiming for a timeless and elegant space.
Doba trvání projektu: Design development spanned 2 months, followed by a 12-month construction timeline. The project is located in Penang, Malaysia.
Provozní postup: The layout allows fluid movement between the entertainment lounge, bar, and dining zones. Residents interact intuitively with the space through open sightlines, soft seating transitions, and layered lighting scenes. The master bedroom is designed for retreat, while the public areas encourage gathering and celebration.
