About Beijing Golf Palace Cynllun Mewnol Preswyl

Mae Beijing Golf Palace yn gynllun mewnol preswyl ar gyfer fflat o 228 metr sgwâr ym Meijing. Ysbrydolwyd y dyluniad gan y coed o amgylch yr adeilad. Mae ffenestri Ffrengig mawr yn cysylltu'r tu mewn â'r dirwedd naturiol y tu allan. Mae'r ystafell fyw wedi'i threfnu gydag elfennau naturiol, gan gynnwys tapestri sidan Tsieineaidd a ffresgoau â lliwiau bywiog. Mae arwynebau gwyn mawr yn cael eu cyfuno â lliwiau uchel-ddirlawnder sy'n atgoffa rhywun o baentiadau olew bywiog. Y prif ddeunyddiau yw marmor gwyn Jazz, teils porslen ag effaith carreg, panel pren tair haen a dur gwrthstaen drychlun.

Unique Properties
Inspired by "trees" around the apartment, the designer also took full account that the client is a nature lover and art works fanatic. Therefore, the designer introduced the natural landscape into the interior by using large French windows that function as the passage connecting natural elements. The overall design adopts large white spaces and heavy colors, symbols of nature, which enhance the sense of space like many lively oil paintings.

Design Challenge
During the whole construction process, the first challenge was the period because we only had three months. Secondly, it was a redecoration project so that many parts had to be remained but light needed to redesigned. Thirdly, expensive and delicate art works bought by the owner around the world needed spaces to display. Lastly, as trees outside the window were the highlight that the owner bought the house, the natural sense was the most desirable part the owner wanted.
Research
With Beijing's Third Diplomatic Enclave on its north side, Beijing Golf Palace is well located, easy access to Chaoyang Park and next to Beijing Chaoyang Golf Club. Furthermore, it connects East Third Ring and Fourth Ring. Besides, surrounded by upscale apartments, it enjoys a charming environment full of ginkgo trees and clove trees, which makes the apartment luxurious yet low-key, mysterious yet friendly. Well integrated with nature, it appears more attractive in city.
Inspiration
The living room is decorated with various natural elements to present an amazing natural ecological environment.
High-saturation colors have collisions with each other, from disharmonious to irreplaceable, showing stunning visual effects. K'o-ssu tapestry (a kind of Chinese silk tapestry) is the highlight of spatial layers in the living room, echoing the frescos with vivid colors to convey the beauty of nature.
Project Duration
The project started in May in 2019 and finished in August 2019.
Operation Flow
