Am Academy Cynllun Mewnol Swyddfa

Mae Academy yn fewnol swyddfa a gynlluniwyd ar gyfer gwaith dyddiol, digwyddiadau cwmni a sesiynau hyfforddi. Goleuir y fynedfa gan ffitiad goleuo hecsagonol sy'n adlewyrchu cefndir cemegol y cwmni. Mae parwydydd gwydr wedi'u llenwi â chapsiwlau gelatin yn darparu preifatrwydd ac yn cyfeirio at y diwydiant fferyllol. Mae ardaloedd eistedd achlysurol, caffi, llyfrgell ac ystafelloedd cyfarfod gyda graffigwaith, sgriniau rhyngweithiol a diagramau gwybodaeth yn creu awyrgylch addysgiadol. Mae pren cynnes, seddi lledr a waliau glas tywyll yn cwblhau'r gofod 650 metr sgwâr, wedi'i drefnu ar dri llawr cyfartal.

Mae Academy Cynllun Mewnol Swyddfa yn enillydd Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau da sydd yn bodloni'r gofynion proffesiynol a diwydiannol a ddisgwylir gan greadigaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Mae enillwyr Haearn yn dangos medrusrwydd mawr, arbenigedd uchel, dealltwriaeth arbenigol a gallu creadigol eu crewyr. Disgwylir i Academy Cynllun Mewnol Swyddfa fod yn greadigaeth uchel ei bri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn ymarferol ac yn arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Haearn A' Design Award yn integreiddio arferion gorau'r diwydiant ac mae ganddo nodweddion technegol cymwys wedi'u cysylltu â gwybodaeth ymarferol a dawn. Parchir Academy Cynllun Mewnol Swyddfa am ei drylwyredd ac fe'i dyluniwyd i ddarparu gwelliannau ansawdd bywyd sydd yn helpu i wneud y byd yn lle gwell.

Priodweddau Unigryw: An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.
Her Dylunio: The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
Ymchwil: We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.
Ysbrydoliaeth: Inspired by the late founder words:
"Education is not a philosophy it's our policy."
We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
Llif Gweithrediad: Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
