Am Elysium Ffigwr Addurniadol
Testun Llyfr: Mae Elysium yn ffigwr addurniadol sy'n dangos hymyrbryd yn yfed neithdar o flodyn. Gwneir y ffigwr o arian ac fe'i gosodir â 1848 o gerrig gwerthfawr wedi'u tyfu mewn labordy. Mae Elysium yn cynnwys 31 o ddarnau unigryw ac yn mesur 116 mm wrth 116 mm wrth 165 mm. Defnyddiwyd llif gwaith cyfrifiadurol, argraffu tri dimensiwn a dull castio uniongyrchol patentedig i ffurfio cragen wag gyda thrwch metel o 0.35 mm. Mae'r aderyn yn cwrdd â'r coesyn mewn un pwynt yn unig, felly cyfrifwyd canol màs yn ofalus. Mae'r coesyn yn dangos parthau o ddinistr gyda gorffeniad du, sy'n atgoffa rhywun o gydbwysedd bregus natur.
Y Gydnabyddiaeth
Am y Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award
Mae Elysium Ffigwr Addurniadol yn enillydd Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth hynod fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau rhagorol sydd yn nodedig am greadigrwydd, dyfeisgarwch a chraffter. Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Elysium Ffigwr Addurniadol fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Efydd A' Design Award yn ymgorffori arferion gorau mewn celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg, ac yn rhagorol am ei sylw i fanylion. Mae Elysium Ffigwr Addurniadol yn bodloni anghenion yn odidog, yn cyffwrdd â dyheadau, yn swyno teimladau ac yn apelio at chwilfrydedd.

- Priodweddau Unigryw
- The main purpose of the project is to show the perspectives of lab-grown diamonds and 3D printing in the sphere of luxury jewelry. It shows a hummingbird drinking nectar as a symbol of nature and its balance. The stand, on the other hand, has zones of destruction with a dramatic black finish and looks as if it might break any minute. The question is, how long will the flower last, keeping its balance with the stem and feeding the bird on its nectar?
- Dimensiynau a Phecynnu
- 116 mm x 116 mm x 165 mm.
It consists of 31 unique parts.
There are 1848 gems.
The thickness of metal is 0.35mm. - Tagiau
- zelenindeepjewelry, colibri, zeleninworld, finejewelry, artjewelry
- Technoleg Cynhyrchu
- The figurine was modelled using mathematical computations and a fully computerised workflow. It consists of 31 unique parts.
To realize the project, a 3D printer was upgraded with its resolution increased up to 5 microns.
The patented technology of direct casting enabled accurate shape geometry and plasticity, and allowed to create an item with the thickness of metal at 0.35mm.
This model is made of silver with lab-grown gemstones. The total weight including the ballast is 110 grams.
Design trivia — the figurine of the bird has only one point of contact with the stem. - Her Dylunio
- One of the tasks of the project was to demonstrate the possibility of a technology that significantly saves precious metal and allows to realize the forms created by the designer. This is an example of how designer invented technology to implement his ideas, rather than adjusting to the limitations of existing technology.
- Ymchwil
- Our goal was to create the shell that is unlimited in design and to significantly reduce the amount of precious material that we used for the project. We were able to modify the traditional approach to jewelry-making process and create something brand-new. The figure, printed with an accuracy of 10 microns and a shell thickness of 0.35 mm, is a demonstration of the possibilities of our patented technology. It’s hollow, it’s 3-d printed using burned materials, and it’s produced with the help of direct casting. The project took more than 2 years to complete.
- Ysbrydoliaeth
- The design is a call out to people who love art, humanity and the world. A hummingbird has become the symbol of the brand’s way of thinking — it is as light as hollow jewelry and as fragile as the planet’s health.
- Hyd y Prosiect
- The project started in 2018 and was completed in August 2019. In September 2019 it was presented at the Vicenzaoro International Jewelry Show - Vicenzaoro
- Llif Gweithrediad
- One of the difficult engineering tasks was to determine the center of mass of the composition. To achieve realistic bird flight, only one connection point had to be created between the hummingbird and the flower stem. The collapsed stem construction (in the silver figurine) adds the fragility of this balance.
- Patentau
- Patented. Patent No2667227. Roman Zelenin, Maxim Naumov, Alexei Solomaha. 2016. RU
