Y Dyluniad

Am Fon 23 Cynllun Mewnol Adeilad Swyddfa

Adeilad swyddfa yw Fon 23 sydd â'i fewnol wedi'i gynllunio o amgylch egwyddorion adeiladu gwyrdd. Mae'r prosiect yn ymestyn dros 5561.1 metr sgwâr ac fe'i cwblhawyd yn Taichung, Taiwan. Mae plannu helaeth a nodweddion dŵr ar bob llawr yn helpu i reoli'r microhinsawdd a lleihau gwres. Mae planhigion hefyd yn cynyddu ocsigen ac yn gwella ansawdd yr aer. Mae wal werdd aml-haenog ar ffurf cwch gwenyn yn ffurfio gardd fertigol o flodau a glaswellt. Mae paneli solar ar y to yn cynhyrchu tua 25.8 cilowat. Mae'r lifftiau'n defnyddio moduron magnet parhaol a system adfywio pŵer. Mae neuaddau a rennir a chyfleusterau cyhoeddus yn agored i gwmnïau ac elusennau.

Mae Fon 23 Cynllun Mewnol Adeilad Swyddfa yn enillydd Gwobr Arian A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth hynod fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau o'r radd uchaf, hardd a thrawiadol. Mae enillwyr Arian yn weithiau tra disglair a hynod greadigol sydd yn darlunio arbenigedd, dawn a chraffter rhagorol eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Fon 23 Cynllun Mewnol Adeilad Swyddfa fod yn waith gwych ac esiampl, yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac yn ddwfn arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Arian A' Design Award yn ddyfais hynod nodedig a edmygir sydd yn elwa ac yn symud ymlaen ffiniau celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg. Mae Fon 23 Cynllun Mewnol Adeilad Swyddfa yn greadigaeth y cenfigennir wrthi yn eang, sydd yn deffro dyheadau, yn cyflwyno teimladau cadarnhaol ac yn cynnau rhyfeddod a syndod.

Priodweddau Unigryw: It is a human-oriented smart green office building. Persisting in green design techniques all the way starting with the design, to the selection of eco-friendly construction materials. For the sustainable development of the enterprise, the goal is set as the smart green office building, with the planning characteristics including massive greening for the entire building; green energy combined with recyclable energy providing comprehensive facilities and friendly contribution to the environment.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: Massive greening and water landscape in each floor help regulate the microclimate and reduce the heat. In addition, massive plants increase oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide, which improves the quality of the space.
Her Dylunio: Vertical Greening: The beehive-shaped multi-layer green wall features, flowers and grass demonstrating prosperity, enhancing the aesthetic of the landscape environment, introducing a sense of beauty to the city along with aesthetic competitiveness.
Ymchwil: Green design has been set as the pre-requisite starting from the purchase of the land, therefore solar energy panels are installed on the roof, the low pollution and solar power source responds to the green energy policy, creating power of about 25.8KW to contribute back to TaiPower, as well as reducing 16,985 tons of CO2, while inverter permanent-magnet motors and power regeneration system are adopted for the power-consuming elevators in the office building.
Ysbrydoliaeth: 1. Human-oriented and sustainability: Colleagues are family, with this concerned idea, the office is planned to be spacious and comfortable, and to gel.
2. Social responsibility and smart green architecture: ecology, eco-friendliness, energy saving, smart architecture and technology with human-friendly management.
3. Resource sharing: functional halls and other public facilities are open to not only enterprises but charities.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project finished in January 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan.
Llif Gweithrediad: Green building, as core of the design, accompanies patent design, eco-friendliness and land use planning. The project contributes to the city image, as well as benefits people for enjoyment.
