About Lakeville Regency Residence Cynllun Mewnol Preswyl

Mae Preswylfa Lakeville Regency yn breswylfa breifat wedi'i lleoli yng nghanol Shanghai, Tsieina. Mae'r tu mewn wedi'i gynllunio mewn arddull drefedigaethol fodern. Mae du a gwyn yn cyferbynnu trwy gydol y gofod. Mae'r deunyddiau'n cynnwys terrazzo wedi'i dorri'n friciau bach, papur â gwead wedi'i wehyddu, a chaeadau ffenestri gyda manylder pensaernïol o'r Dwyrain Pell. Mae'r ystafell fyw yn cynnwys ynysoedd minimalaidd a lle tân sy'n hongian. Trinnir manylion megis drysau cudd a phaneli socedi mewn ffordd finimalaidd, gan gadw swyddogaeth heb aflonyddu ar naws y gofod. Mae'r breswylfa'n ymestyn dros 280 metr sgwâr.
