About House in Niigata Adeilad Preswyl
Mae Tŷ yn Niigata yn dŷ preifat wedi'i gynllunio ar gyfer teulu o bedwar mewn ardal breswyl hen a phrysur ei hadeiladau. Mae'r waliau allanol wedi'u gwneud o ddeunydd pren mewn lliw llwyd ysgafn, fel bod yr adeilad yn cydweddu â strydoedd cyfagos. Trefnwyd y cynllun o amgylch dwy ardd. Mae iard wedi'i hamgáu â wal goncrid wedi'i gosod ar y llawr gwaelod, ac mae teras to wedi'i fframio gan dellt pren wedi'i osod ar yr ail lawr. Mae pob ystafell yn wynebu'r ddwy ardd hyn, felly nid oes angen sgrinio megis llenni. Defnyddiwyd dulliau adeiladu pren traddodiadol.

I created a good cityscape and thought of a house where you can feel nature. - Research
- We built a courtyard and a roof terrace, and thought about balancing the contradictions of openness and privacy.
We have verified how to take in light and wind many times.
Therefore, we have realized openness and a private space. - Inspiration
- Many houses are lined up in old residential areas in urban areas.
The surrounding houses are all built at the same time.
The exterior is made of similar industrial material.
In an old residential area, I wanted to change the uniform cityscape while cooperating with the cityscape.
Even in a residential area in an urban area, I thought of a house that feels nature. - Project Duration
- Construction started in 2017 in Niigata, Japan. Completed in 2018.
- Operation Flow
- On the first floor, we created a courtyard surrounded by a concrete wall.
On the second floor, we made a roof terrace and surrounded it with a wooden lattice and an outer wall.
All the rooms have been placed in these two gardens.
The garden creates a private space.
There is no need for blindfolds such as curtains.
The connection with the outside will be strengthened positively.
I thought that feeling nature in everyday life was an open house.
