About Peace Tŷ Preswyl

Dechreuodd y gwaith o adeiladu'r tŷ mewn coedwig ger Kyiv yn yr Wcrain - yn dal mewn cyfnod o heddwch, ond ar drothwy'r rhyfel. Mae'r natur flodeuog yn byw yn y tŷ trwy ffenestri panoramig - mae hyn yn creu ysgafnder ac yn ehangu gofod y tu mewn yn ogystal â'r 3m yn weledol. nenfydau a drysau fflysio modern yn gwneud y gofod yn gain a chwaethus. Mae deunyddiau eco-gyfeillgar naturiol mewn lliwiau ysgafn yn creu cysur, ac mae llinellau du tenau yn pwysleisio cyffyrddiad rhyfedd y crëwr trwy'r tŷ cyfan. Mae'r awyrgylch yn y tŷ yn adlewyrchu cyflwr o dawelwch a harmoni - sy'n golygu Heddwch.

Unique Properties: This residential building was built in the forest, where the external environment and blooming nature smoothly passes and lives within the house through large panoramic or sliding windows. This is the uniqueness and lightness of this modern architectural design, while it also visually expands the space. Even higher ceilings increase the space and allow you to install high modern flush-mounted doors, which makes the interior slender and stylish.
Dimensions & Packaging: This modern house consists of 2 floors with a total area of 474 sq.m.

Production Technology: All materials are natural. The specification of the main materials are high-quality plaster, marble, porcelain stoneware, travertine, wood and noble cozy textiles.
Design Challenge: The wishes of the customers were to create a modern, stylish, comfortable and functional interior for everyday living.
Research: The atmosphere in the house reflects the state of calmness and harmony - which means PEACE.
Inspiration: I always draw inspiration from my own imagination. I do not think long in search of ideas. I look at a clean object or just a plan diagram and already see what and how it should be: style, design subtleties, colours, materials ... after that, it turns out that this coincides with the wishes of the customers.
Project Duration: Kyiv. Ukraine January 2022
Operation Flow: The conceptual idea and all 3D visualizations created by me were agreed upon quickly from the very first discussions with the client. No constructive adjustments were made after that, just slight changes to the shade of the bedroom. Now the house is in the middle of it is implementation and currently on pause due to the on-going war.
