Roedd yn cynnwys cegin agored â chyfarpar da, bwyty ac ystafell gyfarfod. Yn ail, mae'r ardal waith wedi'i dodrefnu mewn palet du a gwyn chwaethus. Mae ganddo le preifat caeedig arall sy'n cynnwys yr ystafell blasu gwin a sigâr. I ddelweddu'r arwyddair Mwynhewch Eich Bywyd Dylunio.
