Am Shape Care Dyfais Ffitrwydd Amlbwrpas

Mae Shape Care yn offeryn sy'n gallu diwallu anghenion ffitrwydd ymarferwyr cartref. Canfu'r tîm dylunio fod y rhan fwyaf o ddefnyddwyr yn canolbwyntio ar hyfforddi'r dwylo, coesau, abdomen a'r frest. Ar ôl astudio siâp ac egwyddor y ddyfais ffitrwydd, penderfynodd y tîm dylunio ar dair ffurf, y gellir eu defnyddio fel bar pwysau gan ddefnyddwyr yn y cyflwr gwreiddiol. Drwy ei blygu, mae'n ymarfer frest a choesau'r defnyddiwr. Pan gaiff ei ddatgymalu'n unedau unigol, gellir defnyddio pob uned fel dymbel i ymarfer y fraich, a phan gaiff ei ail-gydosod gellir ei ddefnyddio fel olwyn cyhyrau abdomen i ymarfer y cyhyrau abdomen.

Priodweddau Unigryw: This is a fitness equipment that can meet the various fitness needs of home exercisers. It has three assembly forms, the user can use the original Shape Care as a barbell to do chest push exercise, by bending it can exercise the user's chest and legs. When disassembled into monomers, each monomer can be used as a dumbbell to exercise the arm, and when reassembled it can be used as an abdominal muscle wheel to exercise the abdominal muscles.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The main body of the round tube is cast by high quality iron, the surface of the tube is electroplated with baking paint technology. The part held by the hand is covered with rubber.
Her Dylunio: The challenge of this design is the transformation of different forms, and the different combinations of forms must ensure the integrity of the shape. We studied the shape and principle of the existing fitness equipment and found that only the abdominal muscle wheel has a specific shape requirement. Therefore, based on the shape of the abdominal muscle wheel, we disassembled and reassembled the shape, and finally determined three forms to meet the user's real exercise needs of the hand, legs, abdomen, chest and other parts.
Ymchwil: We conducted interviews with users and observed their behaviors and concluded that users' home fitness is mainly based on hands, legs, abdomen and chest, so they will buy more fitness equipment and occupy more space. Therefore, we disassembled the existing fitness equipment and studied the shape and principle to achieve the purpose of integrating different equipment.In addition, we made a model and optimized the shape.
Ysbrydoliaeth: Due to the uncertainty of time, many people choose to exercise at home and buy more fitness equipment. Therefore, we want to design an integrated fitness machine for home exercisers to achieve the purpose of exercising more muscles. Shape Care is inspired by a multi-purpose, it has 3 assembly modes. They are used to exercise the abdomen, arms, legs and chest.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project was launched in Beijing in January 2023 and completed in Beijing in March 2023.
Llif Gweithrediad: Shape Care in its original state only needs to bend to exercise the chest. Without bending, it can be used as a barbell to push the chest. When the Shape Care is disassembled into units, each unit can be used as a dumbbell to exercise the arm. When one of the units is rotated 45 degrees and reassembled, it can be used as an ab wheel to exercise the abdominal muscles.
