Y Dyluniad

Am Kamakura Tŷ Clwb Golff

Mae Kamakura Country Club, wedi'i leoli ar ben bryn, yn gwrs golff agosaf at Tokyo, wedi'i amgylchynu gan natur ym mhob cyfeiriad a gyda golygfa o Fôr Shonan ac mor bell â Dinas Yokohama. Mae cysyniad yr adnewyddu, sef y Trydydd Lle, yn golygu lle sy'n estyniad o'ch bywyd dyddiol cyfoethog a dreulir gyda golff yng nghanol natur. Mae'r ail lawr yn cynnwys ystafell ffitrwydd, bwyty, lolfa bremiwm, a chyfleusterau eraill y gellir eu defnyddio'n rhydd ar gyfer popeth o ddarllen i waith o bell.

Credydau, aelodau tîm a manylion technegol a ddarparwyd gan y dylunydd.

Priodweddau Unigryw: Impressive focal points were expressed inside and out.
One of the symbols to carry on the founding spirit was to build stone walls on the new facade and interior in the castle concept architecture. The effect was to create a design icon that connects the outside and the inside. Another symbol to carry on the founding spirit was the boldly cut stump of a large zelkova tree, which has been preserved since the course site, and placed in the atrium like an object in a Japanese garden, creating a narrative scene that confronts the past and future by contrasting the minimalist chandelier.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: Construction area
Renovation area of earthquake-resistant structure All floors and rooftop
Area of interior renovation 1F and 2F total 1320m2
Tagiau: topofthehill, scenicview, golfcourse, clubhouse, clublife, stonewall, kamakura,
Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The entire clubhouse draws natural water from underground and uses it for everything from beverages to bathroom toilets after distillation. For this purpose, a large distillation facility has been installed at great expense. Because the facility is located on a hill, it is prepared for water outages, and the entire building can be used with peace of mind.
Her Dylunio: Because it was during the Corona pandemic, we were able to patiently negotiate with a stone mason to procure the masonry stone to represent the walls of the castle-like design icons and the difficulties in construction and were able to excavate and complete the building.
Ymchwil: Proposal for a new club life in golf course clubhouse.
Ysbrydoliaeth: We planned to provide a “third place” for individuals to enjoy golf in addition to group golf. It is a clubhouse equipped with a new way of spending time that enriches club life itself. We have set up Japan's first mobile workplace. It is possible to work in between golfing and play golf in between work at will. The clubhouse is equipped with facilities for remote work and also offers a luxurious place to read or study while enjoying the beautiful scenery. A full-fledged fitness room is also available.
Hyd y Prosiect: Completed from March 2021 to January 2023.

This project is a complete renewal of the existing location of the current clubhouse.
Location: Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Llif Gweithrediad: Provide an environment of club life where members can enjoy golf and rich moments at the same time.
