About Spiritual Spa Pensaernïaeth Sba

Mae Sba Ysbrydol yn adeilad sba a gynlluniwyd ar gyfer safle un erw yn Sedona, Unol Daleithiau America. Mae'r bensaernïaeth yn dilyn cyfuchliniau'r tirwedd ac yn ceisio cydbwysedd â'r dirwedd o'i amgylch. Defnyddir deunyddiau lleol a chyfeillgar i'r amgylchedd, gan gynnwys pren a gwydr wedi'u hailgylchu, i gynnal cynaliadwyedd. Gosodir celloedd solar i ddal golau haul ar ei orau a chynhyrchu ynni. Trefnir y gofodau ar gyfer myfyrdod, ioga ac ymlacio. Y bwriad yw cynnig i ymwelwyr encil tawel o brysurdeb bywyd bob dydd, a lleoliad ar gyfer gorffwys a chydbwysedd personol.
