Yn nyluniad prosiect Ultima, mae'r ffordd y mae golau'n llifo trwy'r ystafelloedd, ynghyd â llinellau llyfn, llifoedd a gweadau naturiol, yn dod â'r gofod yn fyw. Mae pob manylyn, o'r cynllun i'r gorffeniadau, yn cael ei ystyried yn ofalus i greu cartref sy'n teimlo'n bersonol, yn chwaethus, ac yn llawn cynhesrwydd. Mae'r fainc isel wrth y ffenestr yn darparu man clyd i eistedd a mwynhau'r olygfa, ac ar ddiwrnodau clir, mae'n cynnig golygfa syfrdanol o oleuadau nos llachar yn Hong Kong.

Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Ultima Preswyl fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Efydd A' Design Award yn ymgorffori arferion gorau mewn celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg, ac yn rhagorol am ei sylw i fanylion. Priodweddau Unigryw: The design creates a sense of spaciousness with its clean lines and thoughtful use of space, while still feeling warm and inviting. A mix of different materials and carefully chosen home furnishings come together in layers, adding richness and character to the space.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The area of this private residential project is approximately 190 square meters.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The layout is designed to create an open, comfortable, and stylish living space. In the living room, marble is used for the flooring and walls, giving it a clean, sophisticated look. The high quality leather walls, marble platform, wooden veneer furniture, and a mix of different stones and metals come together to express the home’s unique character. Italian furniture and lighting fixtures further enhance the sleek, elegant feel of the public areas.
Her Dylunio: Due to the relatively narrow size of the Hong Kong residence, how to effectively plan a living environment suitable for a family of four within this 190 square meters of space became the challenge of this project. Throughout the design process, through communication with the owner, reasonable space planning is incorporated, while combining with the preferences of the occupants, the conceptual residence is realized through color materials and so on.
Ymchwil: In the living room, an L-shaped sofa was chosen not only to provide ample space for family gatherings but also because one side faces the window, offering a direct view of the stunning Victoria Harbour.
Ysbrydoliaeth: A mix of different materials and carefully chosen home furnishings come together in layers, adding richness and character to the space. The way light flows through the rooms, combined with smooth, flowing lines and natural textures, brings the space to life. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, is carefully considered to create a home that feels personal, stylish, and full of warmth.
Hyd y Prosiect: This project is located in Hong Kong, China, with a design start date of 06/15/2022 and a completion date of 12/23/2023.
Llif Gweithrediad: The large windows let in plenty of natural light, blurring the line between inside and outside, and giving the whole place a feeling of openness. The modern design combines marble with materials like jade stone and steel, starting from the entrance with its eye-catching combination of jade tile and blue sandstone.
