Am Fenc Loopflex Ffabrig Ymestyn

Mae Fenc Loopflex yn ffabrig ymestyn heb spandex a ddatblygwyd ar gyfer dillad chwaraeon, dillad hamdden a dillad isaf. Mae'r tecstil yn ddeunydd unigol wedi'i wneud o bolyester yn unig, felly daw ailgylchu tecstil-i-decstil yn bosibl a chaiff gwastraff ei leihau. Mae'r cynhyrchu'n dechrau gyda sglodion elastomer polyester thermoplastig, sy'n cael eu troi'n edafedd elastig trwy broses allwthio toddi heb doddyddion. Mae enillwyr Aur yn greadigaethau hynod arloesol, gweledigaethol a disglair o ysblennydd sydd yn adlewyrchu athrylith, doethineb a medrusrwydd eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Fenc Loopflex Ffabrig Ymestyn fod yn ddyfais hynod glodfawr, arloesol a chofadwy sydd yn cyflwyno gwerth digynsail. Priodweddau Unigryw: FENC LoopFlex Fabric is a spandex-free, mono-material textile offering superior stretch and recovery, and is fully recyclable. Unlike polyester-spandex blends, it enables textile-to-textile recycling, reducing waste and environmental impact. With 2-3 times higher power stretch, its revolutionary polyester elastomer and advanced knitting technology ensure comfort and support, redefining stretch fabrics for a greener future.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: It starts with TPEE chips, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which undergoes a solvent-free melt extrusion process to produce high-performance polyester elastomer. The yarn is then knitted with regular polyester filaments into a mono-material polyester base stretch fabric using advanced textile engineering. This process incorporates an intricate inner structure and pre-programmed tensions ensures a balance of comfort and support, delivering optimal benefits in motion or at rest.
Her Dylunio: The biggest challenge was replacing spandex while maintaining high stretch and recovery. We engineered a recyclable polyester-based mono-material fabric with the same elasticity. Achieving the right balance of performance, comfort, and sustainability required advanced material knowledge, precision knitting, and adjustments to dyeing and finishing processes. By overcoming production limitations, this innovation improves recyclability and contributes to a greener textile industry.
Ymchwil: Using material science and solvent-free melt extrusion, our polyester elastic yarn is produced with a lower carbon emission process and fewer chemicals than traditional spandex production. Through advanced knitting and fabric engineering, we have developed stretch fabric with preprogrammed tension, improving performance while supporting a circular economy in the textile industry.
Ysbrydoliaeth: Driven by the growing demand for sustainable materials and the rapid expansion of the sports and leisure wear market, FENC LoopFlex Fabric was developed to tackle the recycling challenges of spandex blended textiles. By reimagining stretch fabrics, advancements in material science were applied to create a high-stretch, fully recyclable fabric that adapts to life while minimizing environmental impact. Designed to be versatile, it fits a wide range of needs and lifestyles for more people.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project started in Taiwan in 2024 and finished in 2025. It is set to be globally showcased starting in 2025.
